Refund policy

Items are custom-printed and designed specifically for the buyer, preventing restocking of sold items. Because of this we do not offer a return policy for reasons other than poor manufacturing or an item was not printed accurately to the customer's instructions. Items that are not manufactured or printed to the advertised level of quality can be returned for a replacement within 60 days of ordering.
